I purchased this amp kit about a month ago for my Rockford T8002 sub amp. I actually read all of the other reviews after I purchased the kit, thank God for that too. I might not have bought it if I had read them first. That would have been a shame, because this is actually a very good kit as far as kits go. Especially considering the price. The kit had everything you need from loom to zip ties to crimp connectors, everything. I read the other reviews about the crimp connectors and I keep reading things such as hammer and vice grips and pliers. These are CRIMP connectors, hello. Use crimpers, crimp pliers. I didn't even use my large crimpers, I used my regular Klein crimpers. The crimp fittings went right on and crimped right onto the wire, solid and stable by the way. The wire, which I keep hearing so much about, is indeed 0 or 1/0 cable size by the AWG code. The problem here is we have all been spoiled to companies over sizing their cable. I read one company, not naming any names, they had three different size and capacity 1/0 cable. Sorry folks, but if it is larger than .3249" in diameter it is no longer officially 1/0, but it is a larger guage. The RCA cable is well made, nothing extravagant, but it gets the job done and done well. Someone actually made a reference to the remote lead not being very large in relation to the other cables especially the power wire. They have absolutely NOTHING to do with each other. The remote lead usually connects to a TL494CN pulse width modulator chip which requires maybe three electrons to turn on. (That was a joke by the way.) I have never seen a remote lead correctly wired conduct more than 500mA. The wire included will have no problem with that current flow. I am sorry but for less than $40 this kit gets a 5 star rating. No, it isn't an Esoteric Ultra Flow kit, but then again, it didn't cost $120 either. In the end, this kit gets the job done!!

I have purched this wire not a long ago, I had some 0 awg wire already and compared to this wire dude this wire is the thickest wire I have used so far, just fust block sucked big time, and RCA cables it's not as good as my Kicker one's. I have used both kicker and stinger wire fuse block, they both melted due to over heat. So, I have used something called p3 which you can find on amazon has the same quality as stinger one's plus is a lot cheaper than the stinger fuse block I am current using a 300 amp fuse from Stinger. Fuse block works just as good as my other other ones. But this wiring kit is good for the price, for RCA and Fuse block which I don't like other than that wire is actaully pretty good for it's price. SoundQuest is like a branch from stinger wire, which got be up in the competitions.

I bought this to install a system in my friends truck, the product works fine but the cable is aluminum base cable strands with copper coating. not high quality oxygen free copper..but got the job done...so up to you. for relatively the same price or a little more you can get a better kit at a good auto sound system place. call some local ones and get some quotes first. Again, this product did work ok though.

I ordered these wires to hook up my system in my 96 ram. The wires are really thick, and are about a 1-2 gauge actual wire after removing the conduit. There was more than enough wire for what i needed i ended up with alot of extra. It came with terminals that you put on the wire and then hook up to your amp, battery, and fuse holder. When i first opened the package i thought that it was really nice, giving my system a professional look, for a budget friendly price. However the terminals that they gave me didn't around the wire after i had stripped them, but they were split in half, so i figured i could just pinch them shut and I'd be good to go. I grabbed a pair of channel locks and squeezed them as hard as i could. not only did they not crimp all the wire, but it just fell off. As an alternative i just soldered the wire to the terminal and put one of the rubber cover pieces that comes in the kit over it. I Had to do the same thing for the negative wire terminals. After that, naturally i decided to connect power, ground, remote, and rca wires to my amp. the rca wires were really good, no complaints there. the remote wire i felt was a a little small comparatively speaking. 18g vs the 1-2 gauge included but it definitely got the job done.When i went to hook the wires into the amp after soldering on the terminals. I came across another problem. The terminals provided were massive in diameter. All i did to get around this problem was get a pair of cutting pliers and made them square vs round around the edges. Could have screwed onto my amp any better. With the soldering and cutting and all the other tedious things out of the way it ended u p looking fine. Those being the only negative things i have to say about this particular wiring kit, lets move onto the positive. The wires were pretty flexible as far as 1-2Guage wiring goes, the wires are quality best you're going to find for the price. the fuse holder is a little cheap but did you really expect any different from a 35$ wiring kit? When all is done the kit looks professional and delivers a good clear sound to my subs. i would recommend this product to anyone whose on a budget but wants a good bang for your buck.

I ordered this amp kit with a Load of doubt's. A 0 awg kit being cca and actually perform to even close to my expectations. I like the gravel around my sub woofer box was blown away. I could not believe the power and ground wire. I swear It looks like a rope you would expect to see hanging in a tree over a lake for a swing. I used this to hook up a boss nxd 4500 watt onyx mono block amp. Let me tell you something,this may or may not be true 0 awg but i had to wrap the end around and sweet talk it into the big holes for the power and ground with out any casing near the opening. The fuse holder is meh,but those are cheap to moderately expensive depending on what you want. The remote wire leaves something to be desired,even for 18 gauge it was very fragile but if your nice with it,it will do just fine. The terminal ends if you dont have the proper crimp tool is a nightmare,if you dont have the money for a crimp tool use a soldier gun and proper soldier and you will be fine. I did not use the battery connect as i have side post so i cant comment on it's function but it looks decent. All I can add is that for a 40 dollar 0 gauge kit,this is a hot item. It's Not a world renown name,it is a cca kit,and it is in my opinion a great kit for the every day driver install,but most likely not a good kit for competition style amps/subs "my system consist of 2 boss phantom p126 dvc 2300 watt max 1150 rms at 4 ohm,4600 max/2100 rms for the pair on a boss onyx nxd 4500 and works great"

I NEVER do reviews but this one was worth the hassle. I own a 2000 F250 Superduty. I have an Xplod deck with JL AUDIO 450/4 used only for my door speakers and a JL AUDIO 1000/1 only for my W7. I usually dont go cheap and buy cheap audio equipment but I say all the other good reviews and said what the hell. So I installed it after taking out JL AUDIO power wire which sucks by the way. (Wore out too fast) My volt meter which used to read 11.6V now is about 13.6 which is a great power difference and Im pretty happy with the product. If your running the same power I am or less you will be happy with this kit.
